Celeste Morgan believes selling a home is an important journey that deserves care, strategy, and full accountability. That philosophy shapes how she works and the standard she sets for every sale.

She founded Selling Property Group in 2022 with a clear goal: to raise the standard of how property is sold. After nearly 17 years in the industry, Celeste knew it was time to change things up and do things differently. She saw an opportunity to deliver stronger outcomes for sellers and a more considered, positive experience for buyers, without shortcuts or unnecessary noise.

Celeste is hands-on by nature and believes every step of the selling process should be handled with respect, attention to detail, and intention. If there’s a better way to achieve a strong result, she will find it.

Her approach is calm and measured, yet always deliberate. Celeste builds trust easily, stays composed under pressure, and negotiates firmly when it matters most. She’s been known to be called the “smiling assassin”—not because she’s aggressive, but because she’s friendly and warm, well prepared, and highly focused on the outcome.

Down to earth and easy to work with, Celeste doesn’t take herself too seriously. She’s not a flashy agent in a souped-up car or a designer suit, and she doesn’t believe the spotlight should be on her. Selling a home is a big deal, but she believes the experience should feel professional, well-managed—and yes, even a little fun along the way.

Celeste is always up for a challenge, and if there’s a record to be broken, she’s keen to smash it!

Her journey in real estate began when she bought her first home at 24 as a single mum and stepped into the industry not long after. Since then, Celeste has worked across property management, office management, and residential sales, and has personally bought, renovated, sold, and negotiated property across different markets and conditions. She understands the process because she’s lived it.

Education and clarity sit at the centre of Celeste’s approach. When clients understand what’s happening and why, decisions feel easier, and the process becomes far less stressful.

Outside of real estate, Celeste is actively involved in the local community. She is currently the President of a not-for-profit networking group that supports local business owners and helps others succeed. She also gives back through sponsorships and donations to local schools and the local soccer club. Community isn’t a marketing angle for Celesteit’s simply part of who she is.

Above all, Celeste takes responsibility seriously. She tells the truth, stands behind the strategy, and remains accountable from start to finish.
